From time to time we all struggle to maintain organised, tidy and clean homes or places of work, but for some this struggle can completely overwhelm and cause significant mental and physical distress on a daily basis.
Space to Exhale was founded after I saw first hand the challenges that some individuals face each day with maintaining a healthy amount of belongings and general tidiness in their homes and businesses. Despite having strong desires to live a less cluttered and more organised lifestyle, all of these people felt overwhelmed and unable to move past emotional and physical barriers they had built up over time.
By witnessing the extremely positive impact that assisted decluttering could make I was compelled to nurture my own business offering person centred support to clients from all backgrounds, working with them in a kind, caring and non judgemental way.
My aim is to assist clients in achieving functional, organised and inspiring spaces where they can relax again. With an empathic nature and an eye for the details, I gently help clients to declutter, re organise, and take back control of their environments, transforming their mindsets from over burdened and heavy to a lighter more balanced way of being.
My core belief is that our own surroundings have a direct impact on our mental health, well being and productivity, so by gaining back the space to exist in our homes or businesses, we can feel more empowered, capable and relaxed, enabling us to move forward with other important aspects of life.
Space to Exhale provides tailored 1:1 or group support that makes the process of reclaiming and reshaping space, both manageable and rewarding.

As a professional de clutterer and housekeeper, I can help create a plan that we work through together, at a pace that suits you. Using a methodical decluttering technique combined with a sensitive, person centred approach, I can assist in freeing up spaces in a measured and considered way, returning environments to places of tranquility, where living and working can be carried out more harmoniously.
With qualifications in counselling skills, hoarding disorders, and safe clean up practices my approach ensures that I lead with empathy to deeply understand and appreciate the nuances and limitations that both physical and mental health conditions such as ME, MS, ADHD, Autism and Depression will have on a person’s ability to effectively maintain an organised lifestyle.
