Helping create space in your home or business

With increasingly busy schedules, we all struggle to maintain organised, tidy and clean homes and businesses, but for some this struggle can completely overwhelm and cause significant distress on a daily basis.

You may require some professional help if you are:

Founder

Rosie founded Space to Exhale after working with several individuals on a 1:1 basis, who were struggling to maintain control of  their environments. She helps create and restore calm, functional, and inspiring spaces within homes and businesses. With an eye for the small details and an empathic nature, Rosie gently helps to guide clients in the decluttering, organising, and transforming of their homes and businesses, into places that feel lighter, more balanced, and easier to enjoy.

She believes that the spaces we live and work in have a direct impact on our wellbeing, mental health and productivity. By allowing room to breath in our living and working spaces, whether through thoughtful organisation, space planning, or styling, Rosie helps people feel more empowered, capable and relaxed in their own surroundings.

Space to Exhale provides tailored support that makes the process of reclaiming and reshaping space, both manageable and rewarding.

Why choose Space to Exhale

Trusted Experience

As a professional de clutterer and deep cleaner, I can help you devise a plan that we work through together, at a pace that suits you. Using a methodical decluttering technique, with a sensitive, person centred approach, I help clients to free up their spaces in a calm, considered way, returning them to areas of tranquility, where living and working can be carried out more harmoniously.

Caring & Considerate

With qualifications in counselling skills and hoarding disorders, I’ve a highly empathic approach, and can appreciate the nuances and limitations that both physical and mental health conditions such as ME, MS, ADHD, autism and depression may present, and the impact that certain conditions may have on a person’s ability to effectively maintain an organised home or business.

“Clutter steals more than your space, it steals your peace”
